How to Dry Water Damaged Walls Safely and Completely

A wall can look dry on the surface while moisture remains trapped behind the paint, inside the drywall, or in the insulation. That is why knowing how to dry water damaged walls is about more than opening a window or pointing a fan at the stain. Fast, controlled drying protects the building materials, helps prevent mould growth, and gives you a clearer picture of whether the wall can be saved.

If water is still entering the property, or the source is unknown, stop and call for help before starting cleanup.
